Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.
- Open the can of refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles along the perforated lines.
- If using, spread about ½ teaspoon of pizza sauce over the wide end of each triangle to add moisture and flavor.
- Layer 3 slices of turkey pepperoni on the wide end of each triangle, then add half of a mozzarella string cheese stick to each.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point, tucking in any filling that might spill out, and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Optionally, dust grated Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melty and bubbly.
- Serve warm with extra pizza or marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
