  • 4-5 ounces chilled sparkling water (still water works too)

Blueberry Lavender Mocktail
  • 1/4 cup blueberry juice or 1/3 cup fresh blueberries (muddled)
  • 1-1½ tablespoons lavender simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 4-5 ounces chilled sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Blueberries, lime wheel and lavender sprig for garnish

Method
 

  1. For the Lemon Lavender Mocktail, add 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and 1–1½ tablespoons of lavender simple syrup to an ice-filled glass. Stir gently, then top with 4–5 ounces of chilled sparkling water and garnish with a lemon wheel and a lavender sprig.
  2. For the Blueberry Lavender Mocktail, if using fresh blueberries (about 1/3 cup), muddle them in the glass until they release their juice. Add 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice and 1–1½ tablespoons of lavender simple syrup, fill the glass with ice, then stir. Top with 4–5 ounces of chilled sparkling water and garnish with blueberries, a lime wheel, and a lavender sprig.
  3. Tip: You can pre-mix the citrus juices and lavender syrup up to a day in advance and store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Just add ice and sparkling water right before serving to keep those perfect tiny bubbles intact.
