  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika (optional) adds a subtle smoky flavor
  • ½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the green beans, trim the ends, and pat them completely dry.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the dry green beans with the olive oil.
  4. Add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using) to the beans and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the seasoned beans in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they aren’t crowded.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until the beans are tender-crisp.
  7. Remove the beans from the oven and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly over the top.
  8. Return the beans to the oven for another 2–3 minutes, watching carefully until the cheese melts, bubbles, and turns golden.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately while the cheese is at its peak gooeyness.
